Friday the 13th from just west of Lawrence Kansas. The hail was not too bad. Marble sized on down. Temperature dropped forty degrees as it passed by. Cool. Literally and figuratively.

May 13, 2016 – Near Dodson, TX on the state line with OK. Dueling updrafts battle underneath a menacing storm. The old meso just right of center would soon get choked off as in ingested the rain-cooled air, and the new meso on the left begins to take over.

Lightning in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Raced home from work to grab a few pictures of this beauty Friday evening. I’m so glad new my camera is no longer a storm virgin. Beautiful non severe t’storm with a mothership over Yukon, Oklahoma.

Another capture from the backside of a stalled cell that dumped 7″ of rain in Eastern Oklahoma on 5/11/16.
