The second tornado near Rozel, KS on May 18th 2013. The tornado was wobbling back and forth, and suddenly came a little too close for comfort.

A massive storm last night over inland South East Queensland, Australia. The color’s started to change as the smoke from spot fires were sucked into the cloud with the inflow’s. Made for an amazing view. I must have captured 30 like this and hundreds of smaller. An awesome night.

Fresh off the SD card! This severe warned cell in South East Queensland, Australia had an awesome stroke rate. Most of the bolts seen from my location were inter-cloud but it produced occasional clear air and positive bolts. Enjoy

In a very windy 5 degree windchill, I attempted astrophotography for the first time tonight. I have a long way to go, but man oh man have I found something fun to experiment with!!!
